We have seen an increasing amount of box blight in gardens. Box blight is widespread fungal disease affecting plants of all sizes.
Common signs of box blight are brown or black spots or legions on the leaves causing them to die and the plant to defoliate. Its detrimental to the plant if left untreated and spreads very quickly through the air to surrounding plants. We can spray a fungicide to help control the disease when active. By using feed and disease spray programmes, we have been able to eradicate further outbreaks and save large parterres and topiary from completely dying out.
